Pony Pockets online ordering is available 24 hours every day.

 

Do I need to sign up for an account to purchase?

We do encourage you to sign up with us. There is a “Sign Up” button located on the top of any page of our website or just click here. Please enter your details and you will receive a automated confirmation email to confirm your details and account with us. Alternatively, you may complete your order by checking out under "Guest" status.

Signing up with us will definitely bring you a less hassle and more enjoyable shopping experience with us. We promise to bring you perks and benefits such as updating you with our latest newsletters updates, first-hand news of our exclusive discounts and special offers available for sign-up customers only.

 

Is it safe to order online?
Yes! When you use your credit card to shop at www.PonyPockets.com, your transaction is secure and your privacy is protected. 

 

How do i make a purchase?

  1. Please kindly sign up with us here before you proceed to the next step. Alternatively, you may skip this step and complete your order by checking out under "Guest" status.
  2. Click on a merchandise to view all details and the different colours and sizes available (if applicable).
  3. Choose the colour and size (if applicable), and the quantity you wish to purchase, then click on “Add to Cart”. This action will lead you to your Shopping Cart Summary, in which you can choose to continue browsing other merchandises, or make payment for the chosen piece(s). * Please do note that this action will not secure your merchandise(s) in your cart until you have submitted your order successfully and merchandise may sell out during the process.
  4. Repeat steps (2) and (3) if you wish to add more merchandise to your shopping cart.
  5. Please do a final check on the sizing and the colour(s) of your merchandise upon checking out. Click on "Checkout” once you’ve finalized your order.
  6. For "Guest", please key in your "Email Address" and "Shipping Address". Confirm your shipping and billing address.
  7. Once again, you are reminded to check that the size and colour of the merchandise as we’re not able to amend your order once order is confirmed. Then, you are to select the mode of shipping/delivery method.  
  8. When you reach payment information, select a preferred payment method and just click "Complete my purchase" and you will be redirected to PayPal payment page or follow the instructions for Interbank Transfer payment method. 
  9. Your order(s) will be CONFIRMED AND RESERVED for only 12 hours for those who have chosen to make payment via Interbank Transfer. What if I can’t make payment during this time frame? Your order will be automatically cancelled and merchandises will then be released for sale again.
  10. You will receive our confirmation email once your payment’s been verified and it will be reflected on your accounts (for sign-up customers). You will also receive another email from us on the shipping details when we shipped your order out from our warehouse. We advise you to keep a look out for emails should we have any questions for you pertaining to your order. 
  11. When the merchandise is not available during the point of packing of order, we will issue you a refund and send out the remaining merchandise(s) in your order. You will be notified via email from us.  Please do note that refunds are given only in e-store credits. 
  12. Hurray! You will be receiving your merchandises in approximately 2-7 working days (for Singapore Orders) and approximately 2-14 working days (for International Orders).

 

How can I use my DISCOUNT CODE/E-STORE CREDIT?

Simply key in your discount or e-store credit code and your total amount will change accordingly during “Check Out” process.

  1. Please note only one discount offer can be used per order.
  2. Please always check further terms and conditions supplied with the code. 
  3. e-store credit does not comes with expiry date.

 

How do I pay for my purchase?

All prices on our www.PonyPockets.com are in Singapore Dollars. We are in the midst of providing customers with more payment options. Meanwhile, here are the current payment options available:

     1.  All major credit cards such as (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) via PayPal Express Checkout 

Payment verification may take 3 business days.  Order status will be updated on your Pony Pockets's account once payment has been verified. An email confirmation will be sent when the package has been sent out.  PayPal transaction fees will be borne by AED Pte Ltd.

     2.  Interbank Transfers 

Upon receipt of invoice, please proceed to make payment within 12 hours, which is also the time frame that your merchandises will be reserved for you. We regret to inform that should the aforementioned is not complied with, your items will be released for sale again. A re-order can be made if the item(s) is still available.  Please do note there is a customer’s blacklist database for customer who has been repeatedly failing to transfer the fund within the stipulated time frame. The purpose of the blacklist database is to protect the interest of the genuine buyers of Pony Pockets. If payment is done via Interbank Transfer, please email us here and provide us with name of the bank, transaction reference number and your Interbank nickname to ensure speedy processing and delivery of your order.

     3.  ATM Transfers.

Please proceed to make payment within 12 hours for payments via ATM. It is mandatory for you to provide us with a clear screenshot of your ATM transaction slip and send it to us via email at customerservice@ponypockets.com for verification purposes. 

 

I have confirmed my order, can I amend or cancel it?

Unfortunately it isn't possible for you to amend items within your order once it has been confirmed. If you need any assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team here to see if we can be of any assistance.

 

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed the same day that we receive them and generally shipped within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped.  

For orders made via PayPal, it is customer's responsibility to tally your order including order total amount, shipping costs and shipping address. Orders made via PayPal will ship to PayPal verified address only. Payment verification may take 3 business days before we can ship your order out from our warehouse in Singapore.

 

How do I track my order?

Log in to your account and go to "My orders" to track your order with the tracking number.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase (a confirmed order already accepted by us) at any time, without being liable for any damage or costs 

-  if the product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded);

-  if your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;

-  if your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;

-  if your bank transfer payment is not received within 12 hours after acceptance of your order;

-  if there was an error in the price quote;

-  we could not deliver to the address provided by you.
